Claudia Montes is a visual artist, film and XR producer, curator & coordinator for international projects, festivals, events and cultural institutions. As an event coordinator and curator, she has worked for the NewImages Festival at the Forum des Images, the Beyond the Frame at Cinemaleap, the XRDocs International Festival at IDEAL Centre d'Arts Digitals, at Rakuten TV and at xCèntric archive. As a freelance journalist I write about art, culture and feminism. She graduated from a MA in Critical Media and Cultural Studies from SOAS University, a MA in East Asian Cultures & Business from Barcelona University and a BA in Filmmaking Studies from Ramon Llull University. Passionate for film and immersive art, she is works in co-creation and on brining artists and institutions together.
