2017

Garage Stories was born in the garage of Hacker House in downtown Palo Alto, Silicon Valley; with the mission to gather the best creatives and technologists around the globe to play, design, and prototype innovative projects with emerging media to foster positive impact.

The first lab took place on June 2017, where we brough together 20 professionals from companies such as Apple, Google, Disney, Facebook or Magic Leap, and since then we have worked with over +1500 creatives from all over the world.

We have organized labs and Hackathons, online and in person, in the US, LatAm, Europe and Africa and some of your projects have been presented at conferences and events such as TEDx, AWE or ARIA at  the MIT Media Lab.

Over time, we have been working more within different industries such as healthcare, public governance, or retail helping them foster their innovation efforts through new products and stories.

2023

Our dream is to keep working to build a better future in collaboration with private companies and public institutions who share our values; leveraging the power of storytelling, technology, and community to achieve so.
