Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are generally final.

• If you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the content

11.a. In-Person Activities & Garage Café Membership
Some of our services include in-person experiences, workshops, sessions, memberships, and community events at Garage Café or other physical locations.
By participating in any in-person activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

• You are responsible for your personal safety and belongings

• Garage Stories LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents occurring during participation, except where caused by proven negligence

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or revoke access to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

• Modify schedules, facilitators, locations, or formats when necessary

• Cancel or reschedule events

Memberships, bookings, and event tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Unless otherwise stated, missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in order to provide our services, process payments, manage memberships, and communicate with you.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which may process your billing and payment information on our behalf.
