6:30 - 7:00 _ Open doors

7:00 - 7:30 _ 10 members will have 3 minutes each to present their project (apply to speak here!)

7:30 - 7:45 _ 5 to 10 members will have 1 minute present/ perform their monthly challenge creation (bring it the the event!) - selected on the spot

7:45 - 9:00 _ Mingle & have fun
