Rural environments have become increasingly attractive places for a new generation of digital workers who only need a laptop and wifi to get to work. Nature, local food, and a more leisurely lifestyle are some of the most sought-after values, but what else do they need to stay there? And what can they contribute to the local population?

 

On October 15 and 16, we organized a "Laboratory-Festa Major" with locals and "digital nomads" from Tremp to co-design Catalonia's rural innovation and well-being hubs, an attractive and efficient village model for to residents of all ages and professions.
